It's November, and you know what that means. It's time to take our hats and mittens out of storage, buy some Chapstick... and oh yes, take a look back at October with a photo retrospective.

A little back story: Whenever I'm using my computer, Asher likes to walk up to my desk and press the keys on my keyboard. This can make writing email or working on projects a bit difficult. Sometimes my important files are renamed ;lJ`x&ag,]0. One of Roseanne's friends even lost all of her email because of the haphazard keystrokes of her one-year-old.

Still, he enjoys hitting the keys, so I had to think of something where the least amount of damage could be done and he was still entertained. That something turned out to be Pac-Man.

He's taken to counting things. Shirt buttons, boxes, you name it, he'll count 'em. As long as there are three, maybe four of them.

Happy birthday to everyone

Happy birthday to everyone

Asher's been singing "Happy Birthday" for a few weeks. Now he sings it whenever he sees a candle. We went out to dinner last week and he wanted to sing it to the candle on our table. We light candles on Shabbat and he sings it after the prayer. He also likes to sing it to his toys. He wakes up almost every day singing "Ha bir day to ooh". In this video, he even manages to get the pitch change right!
